  • I understand that I do not have to use a third party to register a claim, I have the right to pursue my claim with the lender directly, through the Financial Ombudsman Service or any public compensation scheme, including any industry wide redress scheme. Nevertheless, I wish to engage Hallbrook Partners Ltd services and unless I advise you of a different reason, this should be recorded as being for the potential time savings, ease and convenience.
  • I consent to a soft credit search to be undertaken through Valid8 IP Ltd, who will obtain an Electronic Credit Report and pass on all information collected about me to Hallbrook Partners Ltd trading as redressclaim.co.uk. I understand that a soft footprint will be retained on my credit file which will not affect my credit score.
  • I agree and authorise for my signature to be digitally applied to a letter of Authority addressed to the lender of each agreement identified, this will allow Hallbrook Partners to obtain further information and register a claim on my behalf with each lender.
  • Whilst we will always strive to get you the maximum amount of compensation possible, there is no guarantee that we can recover any more than you would achieve if you pursued the claim on your own.
